✔ Address Accuracy: Deliveries are made exclusively to physical addresses Please double-check the recipient’s address at checkout.
✔ Alternate Delivery Locations: Requests for workplaces, hotels, or other venues are accommodated upon approval.
✔ Recipient Availability: For delicate fresh arrangements, we recommend ensuring someone is present to receive them.

REFUND POLICY
Depending upon the whole situation, Alissar Flowers may refund the total price of the product or can advise some other solution for the same. Like, resending the same product again or resending a different product that has the same value to the client. In addition to that, as you know that we are working on the fresh product so it will be our complete discretion which solution will suit and will be applicable.
Apart from that, in the case of refund policy, we try to solve this case within one working day. If you want any further information, you are free to contact Alissar Flowers via email.
Cancellation
Alissar Flowers guarantees 100% satisfaction to their elite clients making every service and product of world-class quality. Still, due to some reason, if you want to cancel your order, you have to contact us as soon as possible via our official email address. Moreover, if the requested order is not taken into production and not dispatched, we can cancel the order and deliver you a refund where applicable.
But once the order is out from our company for delivery and still not reached you, we can contact the driver to cancel the order. In this case, we cannot provide you with a refund of the product just because of the vulnerability and quality of the fresh produce used. Furthermore, you can cancel your order by visiting order section in your account which you have made with user id and password.

I wanted to share my feedback on the bouquet I purchased. Unfortunately, I found that the prices were higher compared to what I would have paid if I had simply walked into the shop, and the quality was disappointing. The bouquet did not even last a week; today the flowers are already pale and had to be thrown away.
I hope you can take this into consideration for future improvements, as this is not what I’m used to from Alissar

Refund & Replacement Policy
We take great care in preparing every order to ensure quality and freshness. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the form of store credit or a full/partial refund, depending on the issue.
Yes! If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please reach out to us within 2 hours with a clear photo of the arrangement. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will follow the delivery instructions provided by the sender. Refunds or replacements are not available if the delivery was attempted as scheduled.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. After that, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund as the flowers are already prepared.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit.
