      Over priced for the same if you walk in the shop

      I wanted to share my feedback on the bouquet I purchased. Unfortunately, I found that the prices were higher compared to what I would have paid if I had simply walked into the shop, and the quality was disappointing. The bouquet did not even last a week; today the flowers are already pale and had to be thrown away.
      I hope you can take this into consideration for future improvements, as this is not what I’m used to from Alissar

      We offer same-day and scheduled deliveries. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 9:00 PM Amman's time zone.

      Yes, you can choose a preferred delivery time slot during checkout. While we do our best to deliver on time, slight delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

      Refund & Replacement Policy

      We take great care in preparing every order to ensure quality and freshness. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the form of store credit or a full/partial refund, depending on the issue.

      Yes! If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please reach out to us within 2 hours with a clear photo of the arrangement. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.



      If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will follow the delivery instructions provided by the sender. Refunds or replacements are not available if the delivery was attempted as scheduled.



      Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. After that, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund as the flowers are already prepared.



      Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit.
