At Alissar Flowers, we craft every arrangement with meticulous care and the highest quality blooms. Should your experience not reflect our standards of excellence, we will thoughtfully address the matter with one of these refined solutions:

Note: As our florals are perishable artworks, resolutions are tailored at our discretion to honor both your expectations and our artisans’ dedication.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production:
Cancellations made prior to our florists beginning your arrangement will receive a prompt refund.

Post-Dispatch:
Once your order has left our shop , we will make every effort to intercept delivery. However, due to the ephemeral nature of fresh flowers, refunds cannot be offered for dispatched orders.
