✔ Address Accuracy: Deliveries are made exclusively to physical addresses Please double-check the recipient’s address at checkout.
✔ Alternate Delivery Locations: Requests for workplaces, hotels, or other venues are accommodated upon approval.
✔ Recipient Availability: For delicate fresh arrangements, we recommend ensuring someone is present to receive them.

🚚 Same Day Delivery (2 Hours): 3 JOD (within Amman)
🎁 Complimentary Delivery: Orders exceeding 100 JOD

🚚 Same Day Delivery (2 Hours): Starting 10 JOD (an additional fee will apply according to the location)

✔ Timed Deliveries: Select a preferred 2-hour window at checkout (subject to availability).

Um Uthaina shop. Each bespoke floral arrangement is handcrafted with precision and will be ready for collection within two hours of your order confirmation.

For a smooth experience:
✔ Present your order confirmation email upon arrival.
