Delivery Policy
Store pickup
You can pickup your order from our shop located at Shatt Al-Arab St. 23, Amman.
Our shop is open between 9AM to 10PM all week.
Delivery
Orders are delivered based on the date and time-slot of your choosing. To ensure that your order arrives at its freshest we require the recipient to be available to accept the order. We may contact the recipient to confirm their availability and address. We do not deliver to PO boxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the supplied delivery address is correct, Alissar Flowers reserves the right to reject delivery to an alternate address.

Cut-Off Times
Orders need to be placed before 9PM to qualify for same day delivery or pickup. The cut-off date is subject to change during high seasons. The cut-off time is always displayed on the home screen.
Due to exceptional circumstances, we might not always be able to deliver in the allocated time-slot. We will contact you to inform you of the delay and arrange the earliest available alternative.
REFUND POLICY

Refund policy
Depending upon the whole situation, Alissar Flowers may refund the total price of the product or can advise some other solution for the same. Like, resending the same product again or resending a different product that has the same value to the client. In addition to that, as you know that we are working on the fresh product so it will be our complete discretion which solution will suit and will be applicable.
Apart from that, in the case of refund policy, we try to solve this case within one working day. If you want any further information, you are free to contact Alissar Flowers via email.
Cancellation
Alissar Flowers guarantees 100% satisfaction to their elite clients making every service and product of world-class quality. Still, due to some reason, if you want to cancel your order, you have to contact us as soon as possible via our official email address. Moreover, if the requested order is not taken into production and not dispatched, we can cancel the order and deliver you a refund where applicable.
But once the order is out from our company for delivery and still not reached you, we can contact the driver to cancel the order. In this case, we cannot provide you with a refund of the product just because of the vulnerability and quality of the fresh produce used. Furthermore, you can cancel your order by visiting order section in your account which you have made with user id and password.

We offer same-day and scheduled deliveries. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 9:00 PM Amman's time zone.
Yes, you can choose a preferred delivery time slot during checkout. While we do our best to deliver on time, slight delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Replacement Policy
We take great care in preparing every order to ensure quality and freshness. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the form of store credit or a full/partial refund, depending on the issue.
Yes! If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please reach out to us within 2 hours with a clear photo of the arrangement. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will follow the delivery instructions provided by the sender. Refunds or replacements are not available if the delivery was attempted as scheduled.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. After that, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund as the flowers are already prepared.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit.
