I live in dubai and everytime I want to order flowers to Amman, I use Alissar. Because of the quality they pride themselves with. However, yesterday was a disappointment. On the website it said 2 hours delivery. 3 hours later I tried to call on the numbers shown..non of then answered..I had to call the number from google. So finally answered. To be surprised that they are telling me (oh we didn't realise we received the payment)!!!! I said how come. I chatted on the live chat and they co firmed that the order was received...they gave me irrelevant excuses..and they apologised
In my opinion if I choose to use Alissar and choose to pay more than the average prices in Jordan is because I choose quality. And service. But if that's also not there then I can use other services.

The person who received the flowers got irritated by Thistle and there was no notice saying it’s harmful don’t touch. Thistle is green color. Please call the receiver to understand the complaint.
