**Delivery Guidelines for Perfection:**

✔ **Concierge Confirmation:** Our team may contact you to verify details for flawless execution.✔ **Address Accuracy:** Deliveries are made exclusively to physical addresses Please double-check the recipient’s address at checkout.✔ **Alternate Delivery Locations:** Requests for workplaces, hotels, or other venues are accommodated upon approval.✔ **Recipient Availability:** For delicate fresh arrangements, we recommend ensuring someone is present to receive them.

**Delivery Rates – Amman:**

🚚 **Same Day Delivery (2 Hours):** **3 JOD** (within Amman)🎁 **Complimentary Delivery:** Orders exceeding **100 JOD**

**Delivery Rates – OutsideAmman:**

**🚚 Same Day Delivery (2 Hours): Starting 20 JOD (an additional fee will apply according to the location)** 

**Delivery Hours:**

✔ **Same-Day Delivery:** Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered the same day.✔ **Timed Deliveries:** Select a preferred 2-hour window at checkout (subject to availability).

_Note: During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid), slight adjustments may apply. Updated timings will be displayed on our website._

**Boutique Pickup Service**

Indulge in the seamless luxury of our curated boutique pickup service at our

**Um Uthaina** **shop**. Each bespoke floral arrangement is handcrafted with precision and will be ready for collection within two hours of your order confirmation.

For a smooth experience:  
✔ Present your order confirmation email upon arrival.✔ Notify us in advance for special packaging requests (gift wrapping, handwritten notes, etc.).✔ Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be available for pickup the following morning.

Ø  **Freshness Guarantee:** Every arrangement is prepared just before delivery or pickup to ensure longevity and vibrancy.

Ø  **Substitutions:** In rare cases of flower unavailability, our florists will substitute with blooms of equal or greater elegance.

Ø   **Delay Protocol:** While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen delays (traffic, weather) may occur. Our Guest care team will personally assist in arranging a sublime alternative.
